MADE TO ORDER + PRODUCTION

WILDEHOUSE PRODUCTS are designed, cut, printed and MADE TO ORDER IN our UK studio so we do need a little bit of time to create your item to our standards.

We endeavor to dispatch goods as soon as they are produced, which will usually be within 7 - 10 WORKING DAYS but there are times when things can get a little crazy, ie. the run up to Christmas or just after a launch. 

We will do our very best to get your order to you ASAP but please allow up to two weeks for dispatch at these busy times.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We will deliver far and wide to spread the WILDEHOUSE love but it is becoming increasingly difficult to send to + track in Europe + the rest of the world therefore please contact us before placing an order + we will advise the best route of delivery + up to date costs

all shipping costs are based on postage of a single item, therefore for multiple orders prices may vary.

we reserve the right to change carriers to ensure postage costs are kept to a minimum for our customers.

Delivery times and delays occurring after dispatch are the responsibility of the carrier. We cannot be held liable for delays due to adverse weather conditions or transport difficulties once they have left our studio, however we can help track and make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.

Sometimes the post is a nightmare so if you haven’t received your item within the above time frame, please check behind your neighboURS bin ( usually where I find my post!! ) get in touch or use your tracking number to see where it is.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

All prices listed on our site are in GBP and charged in GBP. the bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay.

POLICY AND TERMS

By placing an order at WILDEHOUSE you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fess and the cost of return shipping back to WILDEHOUSE.

Where items are faulty, cost of return postage will be reimbursed and you will not be charged the delivery costs for a replacement item. To Order

RETURNS

We want you to be super happy with your WILDEHOUSE garment so please contact us via hello@thiswildehouse.com if there is an issue and we will do our best to sort it out.

We hope you can appreciate that due to all our garments being made completely to order and/or creating custom sizes , WE CANNOT offer refunds or exchanges for an alternative size, colour or design so please choose wisely when ordering and get in touch if you have a query before purchasing.

We will offer a full refund on any orders which are found to be faulty, provided that the garment is returned to us within 14 days of the original dispatch date and is unworn and in the original packaging. If the garment is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and could be sent back to you as we have the right to refuse refunds for items that have been worn, damaged or returned in a state that WILDEHOUSE deems as unsaleable. If goods are returned to us and not deemed as acceptable for a refund, we will send them back to the customer.

In order to avoid any faulty returns, each piece is quality checked, fitted + photographed before leaving the studio to provide a trail of evidence supporting the garments pristine condition and fit to avoid any confusion should that situation arise

ON THE RARE OCCASION, Where items are DEEMED faulty, THE cost of original delivery will be refunded and return postage will be reimbursed

We aim to process any returns within 48 hours of receiving the returned items and we will send you a confirmation email to notify you we have refunded you. 

Items should be posted back to us ( with prepaid postage ) + a completed RETURNS form within 14 days of the original dispatch date. We recommend you obtain a tracking number and insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages in transit.
